The Public Service Commission of West Virginia will hold three public comment hearings on Case #17-0296-E-PC, FirstEnergy Corp.’s proposed transfer of the Pleasants power plant to Monongahela Power and Potomac Edison.
The first is in Parkersburg, Sept. 6, 2017, 6 p.m., Municipal Building, Council Chambers, 3rd and Avery streets.
